碳酸钠体系硬质合金磨削废料碱融焙烧水浸工艺研究

Study on Alkali Melting Roasting and Water Leaching of Cemented Carbide Grinding Waste in Sodium Carbonate System

摘要 采用碳酸钠碱融焙烧-水浸工艺处理硬质合金磨削废料,系统考察了焙烧温度、碱用量、焙烧时间、水浸参数等工艺条件对WC转化效果的影响。在较优的碱融焙烧-水浸工艺条件下,WO_(3)浸出率高达98%以上,磨削废料中钨组元能被高效一步转化为粗钨酸钠溶液;提高焙烧温度和碱用量均能有效提高WO_(3)浸出率;通过调控粗钨酸钠溶液pH为9~11,可降低溶液中Cu、Cr、SiO_(2)等杂质浓度。 Cemented carbide grinding waste was treated by sodium carbonate alkali melting roasting and water leaching.Effects of roasting temperature,alkali dosage,roasting time,and water leaching parameters on WC conversion were systematically investigated.Under the optimum conditions of alkali melting roasting and water leaching,leaching rate of WO_(3) is 98% above,and the tungsten components in grinding waste can be transformed into crude sodium tungstate solution in one step.Increasing roasting temperature and alkali dosage can effectively improve leaching rate of WO_(3).Through adjusting pH value of crude sodium tungstate solution to 9—11,the concentration of impurities such as Cu,Cr and SiO_(2) in solution can be reduced.
