肺炎支原体抗体检测对儿科临床诊断意义的探究

Significance Exploration of mycoplasma Pneumoniae Antibody Detection in Pediatric Clinical Diagnosis

目的探究对儿科患儿采用肺炎支原体抗体检测的临床诊断意义。方法选取东明县人民医院2019年5月-2020年5月收治的呼吸道感染患儿65例作为分析组,同时匹配同时期一般资料一致正常儿童65例作为对照组,对两组实验对象均开展肺炎支原体抗体检测,观察记录两组实验对象肺炎支原体抗体阳性率,并分析分析组患儿不同年龄阶段、不同性别肺炎支原体抗体的阳性率。结果分析组实验对象肺炎支原体抗体阳性率为83.08%,对照组实验对象肺炎支原体抗体阳性率为12.31%,明显地能够看出分析组远高于对照组,两组数据对比有统计学意义(P<0.01)。分析组<3岁年龄阶段患儿肺炎支原体抗体阳性率为83.33%,3~6岁年龄阶段患儿阳性率为92.31%,7~15岁年龄阶段患儿阳性率为80.00%,明显地能够看出<3岁、7~15岁年龄阶段患儿阳性率要比3~6岁年龄阶段患儿阳性率低,两组数据对比有统计学意义(P<0.01)。分析组男童支原体抗体阳性率为85.71%,女童支原体抗体阳性率为80.00%,差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对儿科患儿采用肺炎支原体抗体检测能尽早检出患儿肺炎支原体致病微生物,控制患儿病情发展,对指导后续治疗有积极意义。

Objective To explore clinical diagnostic significance of mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody detection for pediatric children.Methods The paper chose 65 children with respiratory tract infection treated in our hospital from May 2019 to may 2020 as analysis group,and 65 normal children with consistent general data during the same period as control group,and detected mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody of two groups,observed and recorded positive rates of mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody between two groups,analyzed positive rates of mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody of children at different ages and genders in analysis group.Results Positive rate of mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody in analysis group was 83.08%,and that of mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody in control group was 12.31%.It can be seen that that of analysis group was much higher than control group,data comparison between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).Positive rate of mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody in analysis group was 83.33%for children under 3,92.31%for children under 3~6 and 80.00%for children under 7~15.It was obvious that positive rate of children under 3 and 7~15 was lower than children under 3~6.Data comparison between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).Positive rate of mycoplasma antibody was 85.71%for boys and 80.00%for girls in analysis group,there was no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody test of pediatric children can detect pathogenic microorganism of mycoplasma pneumoniae as soon as possible,control condition development of children,with positive significance for guiding follow-up treatment.
