摘要
目的利用多普勒彩超对心血管疾病高危人群进行评估,分析其应用在高危人群的颈动脉斑块的诊断中的价值。方法分析2019年5月-2020年5月在本院诊断以及治疗的110例高危血管疾病风险患者的颈动脉检查的临床资料,并对所有患者进行彩色多普勒超声方面的检查。评估彩色多普勒在心血管疾病高危人群当中,用于诊断颈动脉斑块的价值。结果通过检测可知,颈总动脉前后径、横径大于10mm的分为11、15例;管径发生扭曲的有17例,其中单个发生扭曲的有16例,多个发生扭曲的有1例。45例检测出斑块,65例检测无斑块。比较有无斑块的患者甲状腺节段颈的总动脉光谱的参数,相关的指标的差异具有统计学上的意义(P<0.05)。血液生化的测量结果表明,有斑块的患者比无斑块的患者具有更高的TC和TG水平。在有斑块的患者中,差异具有统计学上的意义(P<0.05),但GLU差异没有统计学上的意义(P>0.05)。结论在诊断心血管疾病高危患者的颈动脉斑块方面,彩色多普勒超声具有较高的应用价值。它可以有效地诊断出颈动脉斑块发生病变的位置以及范围,为临床提供参考。
Objective To evaluate high-risk population of cardiovascular disease by Doppler ultrasound and analyze its diagnostic value of carotid plaque in high-risk population.Methods The paper analyzed clinical data of carotid artery examination of 110 patients with high-risk vascular diseases in our hospital examined by color Doppler ultrasound from May 2019 to may 2020,and evaluated value of color Doppler in diagnosis of carotid plaque in people at high risk of cardiovascular disease.Results According to the test,anterior posterior diameter and transverse diameter of common carotid artery of 11 and 15 cases was greater than 10mm respectively;17 cases with distorted pipe diameter,including 16 cases with single distortion and 1 case with multiple distortion.45 cases showed plaque and 65 with no plaque.Parameters comparison of common artery spectrum of thyroid segmental neck of patients with or without plaque showed P<0.05.Difference of relevant indexes was statistically significant.Blood biochemical measurements showed that patients with plaque had higher TC and TG levels than patients without plaque,with no statistically significant difference for GLU,P<0.05.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound can achieve high application value in diagnosis of carotid plaque of patients with high risk of cardiovascular disease,can diagnose location and range of carotid plaque effectively,and provide reference for clinical practice.
