吞咽治疗仪联合咽部冰刺激治疗脑卒中吞咽障碍对吞咽功能及疗效的影响

Swallowing Function and Curative Effect of Swallowing Curative Instrument Combined With Pharyngeal Ice Stimulation in Treatment of Dysphagia After Stroke

目的探究治疗脑卒中吞咽障碍采用吞咽治疗仪联合咽部冰刺激疗法对吞咽功能的影响以及临床疗效。方法选择2018年1月-2019年1月入院的120例脑卒中吞咽功能障碍患者进行本次研究,基于抽签法分为对照组与观察组,各60例,分别予以基础治疗联合并刺激治疗、吞咽治疗仪联合咽部冰刺激治疗,对比治疗前后吞咽功能测试评分及治疗效果,验证临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组洼田饮水试验、SSA评分以及VFSS检查评分三项测试结果均有所改善,观察组洼田饮水试验、SSA分数低于对照组、VFSS评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论治疗脑卒中吞咽障碍采用吞咽治疗仪联合咽部冰刺激疗法效果更为显著,有效恢复患者吞咽功能,建议推广。

Objective To explore swallowing function and clinical effect of swallowing curative instrument combined with pharyngeal ice stimulation in treatment of dysphagia after stroke.Methods The paper chose 120 stroke patients with swallowing dysfunction admitted from January 2018 to January 2019 for study,and divided them into control group and observation group based on method of drawing lots,with 60 cases in each group,treated with basic treatment and combined stimulation,swallowing curative instrument combined with pharyngeal ice stimulation respectively.Swallowing function test scores and treatment effect before and after treatment were compared to verify clinical effect.Results After treatment,water-swallowing test,SSA scores and VFSS examination scores in two groups were improved.Water-swallowing test,SSA scores and VFSS scores in observation group were lower than control group,VFSS scores were higher than control group(P<0.05);total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Swallowing curative instrument combined with pharyngeal ice stimulation can achieve significant effect in treatment of dysphagia after stroke,which is suggested for promotion.
