院前急救在急高危胸痛患者救治中的作用

Effect of Pre-Hospital Emergency in Treatment of Patients With Acute and High-Risk Chest Pains

目的分析院前急救在急高危胸痛患者救治中的作用效果。方法采用随机数表法将临沧市人民医院于2018年8月-2020年8月救治的136例急高危胸痛患者分为对照组和观察组,其中对照组68例,施行常规院前处置流程进行处置,观察组68例,施行急高危胸痛院前急救护理流程进行处置,对比两组患者救治时间,心肌酶谱指标水平,不良治疗结局发生情况。结果观察组患者急诊分诊评估时间、心电图时间、急诊救治时间均较对照组更短,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者救治有效率较对照组更高,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者恶性心律失常、脑梗死、心源性休克、心力衰竭、死亡等不良治疗结局发生率较对照组更低,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急高危胸痛患者救治过程中施行院前急救可以缩减救治时间,提高救治有效率,改善预后情况,值得推广借鉴。

Objective To analyze effect of pre hospital emergency in treatment of patients with acute and high-risk chest pains.Methods The paper chose 136 patients with acute and high-risk chest pains treated in our center from August 2018 to August 2020,and divided them into control group and observation group with random number table method.68 cases in control group were treated with routine pre hospital treatment process,and 68 cases in observation group with pre hospital emergency treatment process.Treatment time,myocardial enzyme index level and adverse treatment outcomes between two groups was compared.Results Evaluation time of emergency triage,ECG time and emergency treatment time in observation group was shorter than control group,data difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05);effective rate of treatment in observation group was higher than control group,data difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);incidence of adverse treatment outcomes including malignant arrhythmia,cerebral infarction,cardiogenic shock,heart failure and death in observation group was lower than control group,difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05).Conclusion Pre hospital emergency can reduce treatment time,improve treatment effect and prognosis in treatment of patients with acute and high-risk chest pains,which is worthy of promotion and reference.
