对比可塑纤维桩与预成纤维桩在口腔修复治疗中的应用价值及对提高远期成功率分析

Application Value Comparison and Long-Term Success Rate Analysis of Plastic Fiber Post and Preformed Fiber Post in Prosthodontic Treatment

目的观察对比可塑纤维桩与预成纤维桩在口腔修复治疗中的应用价值及对提高远期成功率的影响。方法选择2018年12月-2020年1月在龙口市中医医院收治的需要进行口腔修复治疗的患者,随机抽取出100例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,对照组患者均选择可塑纤维桩治疗方案治疗(50例),研究组患者均选择预成纤维桩治疗方案治疗(50例),比较两组患者的每颗纤维桩所需时间、平均修复时间、治疗效果、修复成功率、治疗满意率以及术后牙齿松动度。结果对照组患者的每颗纤维桩所需时间以及平均修复时间和研究组比较,均显著更长,差异均形成统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组治疗总有效率和研究组比较,要显著更低,差异形成统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组无论是修复成功率还是治疗满意率,其和研究组比较,均显著更低,差异均形成统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者牙齿松动程度为Ⅰ度的构成比和研究组比较显著更低,牙齿松动程度为Ⅱ度和Ⅲ度的构成比和研究组比较显著更高,差异均形成统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于需要进行口腔修复治疗的患者,相较于可塑纤维桩治疗,选择预成纤维桩治疗方案进行治疗可以进一步缩短其治疗所需时间,不仅更有利于提高临床治疗效果以及修复成功率,而且还可以在更大程度上减少牙齿松动,更有利于提高患者的修复效果及治疗满意度。

Objective To observe and compare application value of plastic fiber post and preformed fiber post in prosthodontic treatment and effect on improving long-term success rate.Methods The paper chose 100 patients with prosthodontic treatment in our hospital from December 2018 to January 2020,and divided them into control group and study group randomly.Control group was treated with plastic fiber post treatment scheme(50 cases),and study group with preformed fiber post treatment scheme(50 cases).Time required for each fiber post,average repair time treatment effect,repair success rate,treatment satisfaction degree and postoperative tooth mobility was compared between two groups.Results Time required for each fiber post and average repair time in control group was significantly longer than study group,difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05).Total effective rate of control group was significantly lower than study group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Both success rate of repair and satisfaction degree of treatment in control group were significantly lower than study group,difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05).Constituent ratio of tooth looseness degree I in control group was significantly lower than study group,and constituent ratio of tooth looseness degree II and III was significantly higher than study group,difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05).Conclusion Pre fiber post treatment scheme can further shorten treatment time,can improve clinical treatment effect and repair success rate,reduce tooth loosening to a greater extent,and is conducive to improve repair effect and treatment satisfaction degree of patients with oral prosthetic treatment compared with plastic fiber post treatment.
