生物可降解聚碳酸酯的合成及其在药物传递中的应用

摘要 在生物医用材料中,生物可降解高分子是重要组成部分之一。生物可降解高分子材料主要应用在工程塑料、生物医用材料中,其特征是具备良好的生物降解性能和生物相容性,常见的生物可降解高分子材料包括聚ε-己内酯、聚碳酸酯和聚乳酸及其共聚物等。而聚碳酸酯凭借生物可降解高分子材料的特性,在药物控制缓释载体中得到广泛的应用。通过改变内部病例环境、外部刺激等方式实现药物释放的目的,从而实现对疾病治疗。在生物医用领域中,生物可降解聚碳酸酯除了药物控制释放外,还在骨固定材料、手术缝合线中得到广泛的应用和重视。本文基于此,重点概述可降解聚碳酸酯的生物医学应用,从缩合聚合、开环聚合、二氧化碳与环氧化物的共聚三个方面分析生物可降解聚碳酸酯的合成,最后从物理包埋和化学键合等方式分析生物可降解聚碳酸酯在药物传递中的应用。 Biodegradable polymers are one of important components in biomedical materials.Biodegradable polymer materials can be mainly applied in engineering plastics and biomedical materials,with characters of good biodegradability and biocompatibility.Common biodegradable polymer materials include polyε-caprolactone,polycarbonate,polylactic acid and their copolymers.Due to characteristics of biodegradable polymer materials,polycarbonate has been widely applied in drug controlled sustainedrelease carriers,with drug release based on changing internal case environment and external stimulation,to achieve disease treatment.in biomedicine field,biodegradable polycarbonate has been widely applied and valued in bone fixation materials and surgical sutures in addition to drug controlled release.Based on this,the paper overviewed biomedical application of biodegradable polycarbonate,analyzed synthesis of biodegradable polycarbonate from three aspects:condensation polymerization,ring opening polymerization and copolymerization of carbon dioxide and epoxide,and analyzed application of biodegradable polycarbonate in drug delivery by means of physical embedding and chemical bonding finally.
