亚麻醉剂量瑞马唑仑预防术后疼痛的临床应用及分析

Clinical Application and Analysis of Ramizolam With Deuto-Anaesth Dosage in Preventing Postoperative Pain

目的本研究旨在探讨瑞马唑仑的亚麻醉剂量在预防术后疼痛中的临床应用和分析,并为在临床实践中更好地应用瑞马唑仑提供理论依据。方法筛选出本院于2019年3月-2020年2月期间接收的48例术后病患,结合其麻醉方案的差异性,将其划分成2小组,即:对照组(n=24例)与实验组(n=24例)。其中,对照组使用传统药物舒芬太尼和格拉司琼,实验组使用亚麻醉剂量的瑞马唑仑预防术后疼痛。结果在本研究中,当使用亚麻醉剂量的瑞马唑仑预防术后疼痛时,术后2h,4h,8h和16h的镇痛效果优于传统镇痛方法,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论术后患者使用亚麻醉剂量的瑞马唑仑预防术后疼痛可提高镇痛效果,并有助于术后快速恢复。

Objective To explore and analyze clinical application of Deuto-Anaesth dose of remazolam in preventing postoperative pains,and provide theoretical basis for better application of remazolam in clinical practice.Methods The paper chose 48 cases postoperative patients in our hospital from March 2019 to February 2020,and divided them into two groups based on difference of their anesthesia schemes:control group(n=24 cases)and experimental group(n=24 cases).Among them,control group was treated with traditional drugs sufentanil and granisetron,and experimental group with Deuto-Anaesth dose of remazolam to prevent postoperative pains.Results Analgesic effect of 2 h,4 h,8 h and 16 h after operation with Deuto-Anaesth dose of remazolam was better than traditional analgesic methods to prevent postoperative pains,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Remazolam in Deuto-Anaesth dose to prevent postoperative pains can improve analgesic effect and contribute to fast postoperative recovery.
