冠心病心绞痛气虚血瘀证应用补阳还五汤的临床研究

Clinical Study of Nourishing and Recovering Yang Decoction on Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome of Coronary Heart Disease Angina Pectoris

目的研究冠心病心绞痛气虚血瘀证应用补阳还五汤的临床效果。方法本次研究选取我院2019年7月-2020年6月收治的冠心病心绞痛患者作为研究对象。根据随机平均的原则分成两组,一组命名为对照组,一组命名为观察组。对照组给予常规治疗。观察组胸闷气短改善率、心悸改善率及心电图改善率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前心绞痛次数、心绞痛发作时间、TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组上述指标均比治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),观察组上述指标改善幅度显著好于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组给予常规治疗+补阳还五汤治疗。对比两组治疗前后组内心绞痛次数、心绞痛时间、TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C。结果两组治疗前心绞痛次数、心绞痛发作时间、TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组上述指标均比治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),观察组上述指标改善幅度显著好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论冠心病心绞痛气虚血瘀证应用补阳还五汤治疗在改善临床症状、心绞痛程度、血脂指标方面的疗效明显。

Objective:To study clinical effect of nourishing and recovering yang decoction on Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease angina pectoris.Methods:The paper chose study subjects from patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris recently treated in our hospital(from July 2019 to June 2020).With inclusion and exclusion criteria,102 patients after screening with not follow up loss were included in study report,and were divided into two groups according to principle of random average,one was control group and the other was observation group.Control group was treated with routine treatment,and observation group with routine treatment+nourishing and recovering yang decoction.Results:Statistical analysis of number and time of of angina pectoris,TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C between two groups before and after treatment showed P<0.05.Statistical analysis of improvement rate of chest tightness and breath shortness,myocardial improvement rate,ECG improvement rate,number of angina pectoris,time of angina pectoris,TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C between two groups after treatment showed P<0.05.Conclusion:Nourishing and recovering yang decoction can achieve obvious curative effect in improving clinical symptoms,degree of angina pectoris and blood lipid indexes in treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease angina pectoris.
