荆门市无偿献血团体招募工作的策略探讨 被引量:2

摘要 目的介绍本单位团体招募策略和近年来招募效果,与国内同行分享团体招募经验,以解决取消互助献血后可能出现的血液供应紧张问题。方法通过血站管理信息系统,按街头招募、团体招募两种方式分别查询历年来不同招募方式的献血人次和每次捐献400mL献血者所占比例。结果团体招募人次每年基本都超过50%;团体招募人群献400mL比例(41.3%)明显低于街头招募人群(74.7%);寒暑期献血量低于临床用血量。结论合理运用团体招募,既能保证本地区的临床用血供应,又能有效规避血液过期报废的风险。 Objective To introduce group recruitment strategy and recruitment effect of our unit in recent years,and share group recruitment experience with domestic peers,to solve possible shortage of blood supply after canceling mutual aid blood donation.Methods Through blood station management information system,according to street recruitment and group recruitment,the paper queried number of blood donors with different recruitment methods over the years and proportion of 400 ml blood donors each time.Results Number of people recruited by groups basically exceeded 50%every year;Proportion of 400ml offered by group recruiters(41.3%)was significantly lower than street recruiters(74.7%);amount of blood donation in winter and summer was lower than clinical use.Conclusion Rational use of group recruitment can ensure clinical blood supply in the area,and avoid risk of overdue and scrapped blood effectively.
