中医情志护理干预对肿瘤化疗患者胃肠道反应的影响及服务质量评价对比

Effect of TCM Emotional Nursing Intervention on Gastrointestinal Reaction of Tumor Chemotherapy Patients and Service Quality Evaluation Comparison

目的分析中医情志护理干预在肿瘤化疗患者中对其胃肠道反应的影响及服务质量评价。方法选取本院在2017年2月-2020年2月接收的肿瘤化疗患者45例,结合不同的护理服务策略将其划分成两组,其中有22例病人选择基础护理,归为参照组,23例病人选择中医情志护理干预,归为实验组,对比两组病人的胃肠道反应发生情况以及对护理工作的服务质量评估。结果实验组病人的胃肠道反应发生率13.04%低于参照组的59.09%,差异较大(P<0.05);且实验组的临床服务质量等相关评分明显优于参照组,两组数据对比差异明显(P<0.05)。结论中医情志护理干预在肿瘤化疗病人的治疗过程中,能够通过缓解病人的消极情绪,进而降低胃肠道反应的发生,有助于改善病人的预后,同时提升病人对护理工作的服务质量评估,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze effect of TCM emotional nursing intervention on gastrointestinal reaction of tumor chemotherapy patients and evaluate service quality.Methods The paper chose 45 patients with tumor chemotherapy received in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2020,and divided them into two groups according to different nursing service strategies.Among them,22 cases in reference group were treated with basic nursing,and 23 cases in experimental group with TCM emotional nursing intervention.Incidence of gastrointestinal reactions and service quality evaluation of nursing work between two groups was compared.Results Incidence of gastrointestinal reactions in experimental group was 13.04%,lower than 59.09%in reference group,with statistical significance,(P<0.05);clinical service quality scores in experimental group were significantly better than reference group,difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05).Conclusion in treatment of tumor chemotherapy patients,TCM emotional nursing intervention can alleviate negative emotions of patients,reduce incidence of gastrointestinal reactions,improve prognosis of patients and service quality evaluation on nursing work,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
