经皮穿刺肝动脉化疗栓塞术治疗肝癌的护理研究

Nursing Study of Percutaneous Hepatic Artery Chemoembolization in Treatment of Liver Cancer

目的研究经皮穿刺肝动脉化疗栓塞术治疗肝癌患者的护理方法和护理效果。方法将2018年9月~2020年10月在广东省阳春市人民医院接受经皮穿刺肝动脉化疗栓塞术治疗的100例肝癌患者作为主要对象,用随机数字表法分组,每组各50例。对照组行常规护理,观察组予以综合护理干预,对比两种护理方法在并发症发生率、疼痛程度、护理满意度等方面产生影响的异同。结果观察组的并发症发生率较对照组比较相对较低,两组比较有显著差异(P<0.05);观察组与对照组相比,患者术后卧床时间和住院时间均相对较短,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组的疼痛评分显著低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组患者的护理满意度更高,有显著差异(P<0.05);护理后两组的焦虑、抑郁评分均较护理前低,并且观察组的焦虑和抑郁评分均较对照组低,差异显著。结论经皮穿刺肝动脉化疗栓塞术治疗的肝癌患者接受综合护理的干预优势显著,故值得进一步推广应用。

Objective To study nursing method and effect of percutaneous hepatic artery chemoembolization in treatment of liver cancer.Methods The paper chose 100 patients with liver cancer with percutaneous hepatic artery chemoembolization in our hospital from September 2018 to October 2020,and divided them into two gorups with random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing and observation group with comprehensive nursing intervention.Similarities and differences between two nursing methods in complications incidence,pain degree and nursing satisfaction degree were compared.Results Complications incidence in observation group was relatively lower than control group,there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05);postoperative bed rest time and hospital stay in observation group was relatively shorter than control group,with significant difference(P<0.05);pain scores of observation group were significantly lower than control group,with statistical significance,(P<0.05);nursing satisfaction degree in observation group was higher than control group,with significant difference(P<0.05);after nursing,anxiety and depression scores of two groups were lower than before nursing,those of observation group were lower than control group,with statistical significance.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing has significant intervention advantage for liver cancer patients treated by percutaneous hepatic artery chemoembolization,which is worthy of further promotion and application.
