国家基本公共卫生服务规范中2型糖尿病患者的健康教育护理研究

Health Education and Nursing of Type 2 Diabetes Patients in National Basic Public Health Service Norms

目的研究2型糖尿病患者应用国家基本公共卫生服务规范中的健康教育护理效果。方法选取2019年1月-2020年1月2型糖尿病患者30例,随机分成2组各15例。控制组应用常规护理,基于此试验组应用国家基本公共卫生服务规范中的健康教育护理。比较两个组别血糖控制情况、DSES评分变化、总满意率等。结果两个组别HbAlc、2hPG、FPG等下降幅度、护理后DSES评分、总满意率对比发现试验组均明显优于控制组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病患者在2型基本公共卫生服务规范中健康教育护理效果显著,能有效降低血糖水平,提高患者自理能力和满意度,值得推广。

Objective To study health education nursing effect of patients with type 2 diabetes according to national basic public health service norms.Methods The paper chose 30 cases type 2 diabetes patients from January 2019 to January 2020,and divided them into two groups randomly,15 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing,and experiment group with health education nursing of national public health education norms on the basis.Blood glucose control,DSES scores changes and total satisfaction degree between two groups were compared.Results Decline range of HbAlc,2hPG and FPG,DSES scores and total satisfaction degree after nursing of experimental group were significantly better than control group,with statistical value,(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education and nursing of basic public health service norms can achieve significant effect for type 2 diabetes patients,can reduce blood sugar level,improve self-care ability and satisfaction degree of patietns effectively,which is worthy of promotion.
