预见性心理护理在留置针静脉输液临床护理的应用

Application of Predictive Psychological Nursing in Clinical Nursing of Intravenous Infusion With Indwelling Needle

目的探讨预见性心理护理作用于留置针静脉输液中的护理效果。方法随机抽取2018年12月-2020年1月于科室接受留置针静脉输液的80例患者进行对照研究,根据护理方案的制订与实施将其中43例在常规护理的基础上接受预见性心理护理干预的患者作为研究组,另37例接受留置针静脉输液常规护理的患者作为对照组,比较两组的穿刺成功率、并发症发生情况、不同干预阶段心理状态评分以及护理满意度等指标。结果两组患者的穿刺成功率(研究组为97.67%%,对照组为94.59%)比较,无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组患者的并发症发生率(4.65%)低于对照组(18.92%),两数据组间对比有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者干预后的心理状态评分(SAS量表与SDS量表)均优于对照组,两组数据对比有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组对于护理服务的满意率达到了97.67%,高于对照组的86.49%,组间有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对留置针静脉输液患者实施预见性心理护理可在保障穿刺成功率的基础上,有效降低并发症,减轻患者的心理负担,并推动和谐医患关系的建立,方法值得在临床中借鉴并推广。

Objective To explore effect of predictive psychological nursing on intravenous infusion with indwelling needle.Methods The paper chose 80 patients with intravenous infusion with indwelling needle in our department from December 2018 to January 2020 for control study.According to formulation and implementation of nursing scheme,43 cases in study group were treated with predictive psychological nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing,and 37 cases in control group with routine nursing of intravenous infusion with indwelling needle.Puncture success rate,complications and psychological state scores and nursing satisfaction degree at different intervention stages were compared.Results Statistics showed that puncture success rate of two groups(97.67%in study group and 94.59%in control group)was not statistically significant,(P>0.05).Incidence of complications in study group(4.65%)was lower than control group(18.92%).There was statistical significance between two data groups(P<0.05).Psychological state scores(SAS scale and SDS scale)of study group were better than control group after intervention.Data comparison between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Satisfaction degree of nursing service in study group was 97.67%,higher than 86.49%in control group,with statistical significance,(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive psychological nursing can effectively reduce complications,psychological burden of patients,and promote establishment of harmonious doctor-patient relationship on the basis of ensuring the success rate of puncture for intravenous infusion patients with indwelling needle,which is worthy of reference and promotion in clinical practice.
