摘要
目的分析乳腺癌化疗病人应用植入式静脉输液港的效果与使用维护策略。方法将我院92例乳腺癌化疗病人作为研究对象,所有患者均在2018年6月~2019年8月进行治疗,按照随机数字表法分成两组,将46例患者作为观察组,给予植入式静脉输液港化疗,46例患者作为对照组,给予经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管化疗,观察两组患者置管前后生活活动能力评分及不良反应发生情况,分析化疗效果。结果置管后两组生活活动能力均显著提高,且观察组提高幅度显著高于对照组,比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组与对照组导管感染、导管堵塞、药液外渗、皮肤肿胀、回抽无血等不良反应发生率比较明显较低,比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌化疗病人应用植入式静脉输液港的效果较好,可有效提高患者置管后生活活动能力,减少一系列不良反应发生,有效促进患者健康恢复,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze effect and maintenance strategy of implantable venous transfusion port for breast cancer patients with chemotherapy.Methods The paper chose 92 cases breast cancer chemotherapy patients in our hospital from June 2018 to August 2019 as research objects,and divided them into two groups,according to the random number table method,46 cases in observation group were treated with implantable port chemotherapy,46 cases in control group with peripherally inserted central catheter chemotherapy.Activity scores and adverse reactions between two groups before and after catheterization activity were observed,chemotherapy effect was analyzed.Results After catheterization,living activities of two groups were significantly improved,improvement range of observation group was significantly higher than control group,with statistical significance,(P<0.05);adverse reactions incidence of catheter infection,catheter blockage,drug solution extravasation,skin swelling and back pumping without blood in observation group was significantly lower than control group,with statistical significance,(P<0.05).Conclusion Implantable venous port can achieve good effect for patients with breast cancer chemotherapy,can improve living ability of patients after catheterization,reduce a series of adverse reactions,and promote recovery of health of patients effectively,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
