腹腔镜微创治疗胆囊结石的效果及优势探析

Effect and Advantage of Laparoscopic Minimally Invasive Treatment of Cholecystolithiasis

目的研究探讨腹腔镜微创治疗胆囊结石的效果及优势。方法将2019年1月-2021年12月在本科室接受治疗的胆囊结石患者76例作为本次研究的对象,分为对照组和观察组,各38例。对照组患者给予传统开腹手术治疗;观察组患者进行腹腔镜微创治疗。观察对比两组患者治疗后情况。结果观察组患者的各项指标更佳,两组对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的总有效率更佳,两组对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的不良反应发生率更低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜微创治疗胆囊结石临床效果确切,有效减轻了患者术后疼痛,缩短了不良反应的发生风险,手术安全性高,缩短了患者住院治疗时间,为患者节约时间和金钱,是一种非常安全科学的治疗方式,临床价值非常突出,值得推荐。

Objective To study the effect and advantage of laparoscopic minimally invasive treatment of gallstone.Methods Seventy-Six patients with gallstone treated in the undergraduate department from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the subjects of this study.All patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group.There were 38 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with traditional open surgery.The patients in the observation group received laparoscopic minimally invasive treatment.The situation of the two groups after treatment was observed and compared.Results The indexes of the observation group were better,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was better,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic minimally invasive treatment of cholecystolithiasis has definite clinical effect,effectively reduces the postoperative pain of patients,reduces the risk of adverse reactions,has high surgical safety,reduces the hospitalization time of patients,and saves time and money for patients.Its clinical value is very prominent and worthy of recommendation.
