Analysis of Survivin and Caspase-3 Expression in Gastric Cancer Patients with Different Stages

目的分析不同分期胃癌患者Survivin和Caspase-3蛋白表达的差异。方法2019年12月-2020年12月,以72例胃癌患者为研究对象。将Ⅰ期和Ⅱ期胃癌患者纳入早期组,将Ⅲ期和Ⅳ期胃癌患者纳入晚期组。采用免疫组织化学法,检测胃癌组织和正常组织的Survivin和Caspase-3的表达。结果在胃癌组织标本与正常组织标本比较方面,胃癌组织标本Survivin阳性率63.89%,正常组织Survivin阳性率为0.00%,胃癌组织标本Survivin阳性率高于正常组织。胃癌组织标本Caspase-3阳性率为38.89%,正常组织Caspase-3阳性率为85.00%,胃癌组织标本Caspase-3阳性率低于正常组织。在不同分期胃癌组织标本中,早期组Survivin阳性率为45.16%,晚期组Survivin阳性率为78.05%,晚期组Survivin阳性率高于早期组。早期组Caspase-3阳性率为61.29%,晚期组Caspase-3阳性率为21.95%,晚期组Caspase-3阳性率低于早期组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Survivin和Caspase-3蛋白表达,可在一定程度上作为判定胃癌患者病情发展的依据。

Objective To analyze the expression of Survivin and caspase-3 protein in patients with gastric cancer of different stages.Methods From December 2019 to December 2020,72 patients with gastric cancer were selected as subjects.Patients with stageⅠandⅡgastric cancer were included in the early group,and patients with stageⅢandⅣgastric cancer were included in the advanced group.The expressions of Survivin and caspase-3 in gastric cancer and normal tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry.Results The Survivin positive rate of gastric cancer tissue was 63.89%and 0.00%,respectively,higher than that of normal tissue.The positive rate of Caspase-3 was 38.89%in gastric cancer and 85.00%in normal tissues.The positive rate of Caspase-3 in gastric cancer was lower than that in normal tissues.In different stages of gastric cancer,the Survivin positive rate was 45.16%in the early group and 78.05%in the late group,which was higher than that in the early group.The positive rate of caspase-3 was 61.29%in the early group and 21.95%in the late group.The positive rate of caspase-3 was lower in the late group than in the early group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of Survivin and caspase-3 protein can be used as a basis to determine the progression of gastric cancer.
