探讨针灸对颈型颈椎病临床疗效的影响

Influence of Acupuncture on Clinical Efficacy of Cervical Spondylosis of Cervical Type

目的探究分析针灸对颈型颈椎病临床疗效的影响。方法抽取我院收治的112例颈型颈椎病患者(案例选取观察时间为2019年12月-2020年12月)纳入本次研究组中,将所有入组的患者进行编号并借助电脑采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组两组。对照组(56例,包括男性31例、女性25例)患者采取常规治疗,观察组(56例,包括男性33例、女性23例)患者在常规治疗的基础上联合针灸治疗,对比两种不同治疗方式对应患者的临床疗效。结果①观察组的临床总体治疗有效率为94.64%,显著高于对照组的78.57%;②观察组治疗后,其血流动力学指标改善优于对照组;③观察组治疗后,其颈部疼痛VAS疼痛评分明显低于对照组;④观察组治疗后,其Barthel生活质量指数评分高于对照组,以上数据经分析对比均显示(P<0.05)。结论对颈型颈椎病患者进行针灸有助于改善其血流动力学,促进机体血液循环,降低患者的疼痛,快速有效稳定其临床症状,帮助其获得理想的临床疗效。经鉴定,该治疗方式是一种安全有效的治疗方式,能够为患者的治疗带来积极影响,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To explore and analyze the influence of acupuncture on the clinical efficacy of cervical spondylosis of cervical type.Methods One hundred and twelve patients with cervical spondylosis in our hospital(case selection and observation time from December 2019 to December 2020)were included in the study group.All patients were numbered and randomly divided into control group and observation group with the help of computer.The patients in the control group(56 cases,including 31 males and 25 females)were treated with routine treatment.The patients in the observation group(56 cases,including 33 males and 23 females)were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion on the basis of routine treatment.The clinical effects of the two different treatment methods were compared.Results①The overall clinical effective rate of the observation group was 94.64%,which was significantly higher than 78.57%of the control group.②After treatment,the hemodynamic indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group.③After treatment,the VAS pain score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group.④After treatment,the Barthel quality of life index score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the above data were analyzed and compared(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion can improve the hemodynamics,promote the blood circulation,reduce the pain of patients,stabilize the clinical symptoms quickly and effectively,and help them obtain the ideal clinical curative effect.After identification,the treatment is a safe and effective treatment,can bring a positive impact on the treatment of patients,clinical application value is high.
