刮痧配合针刺治疗心脾两虚型失眠的临床研究

Clinical Study on Scraping Combined with Acupuncture in the Treatment of Insomnia with Deficiency of Heart and Spleen

目的观察刮痧配合针刺治疗心脾两虚型失眠的临床研究分析。方法将在我院就诊,近期(2019年1月-2020年6月时期)收治以心脾两虚型失眠为诊断的患者总计50例,以随机数字表法分组每组各25例患者,选取其中1组25例患者接受针刺治疗为对照组,选取另1组25例患者接受刮痧配合针刺治疗为研究组。比较两组患者在治疗前、后的中医证候积分、睡眠质量评分,判定临床治疗效果,并统计患者对治疗的满意度。结果经治疗后两组中医证候积分均有着明显下降,其中研究组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者在西医与中医治疗疗效判定标准上,总有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者对治疗的总满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在心脾两虚型失眠症患者的治疗中,以刮痧配合针刺治疗。可较为明显地降低患者的中医证候积分,改善睡眠治疗,获得较佳的治疗效果,患者满意度高。

Objective To observe the clinical study and analysis of scraping combined with acupuncture in the treatment of insomnia with deficiency of heart and spleen.Methods A total of 50 patients with insomnia diagnosed as deficiency of heart and spleen in our hospital in the near future(from January 2019 to June 2020)were divided into 25 patients in each group by random number table method.25 patients in one group were selected as the control group,and 25 patients in the other group were selected as the study group.The TCM syndrome score and sleep quality score of the two groups before and after treatment were compared to determine the clinical treatment effect,and the patients'satisfaction with treatment was counted.Results There was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups decreased significantly,especially in the study group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Scraping combined with acupuncture should be used in the treatment of insomnia with deficiency of heart and spleen.It can significantly reduce the TCM syndrome score of patients,improve sleep treatment,obtain better treatment effect and high patient satisfaction.
