桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤加减治疗荨麻疹的作用

Effect of Guizhi Plus Longgu Muli Decoction on Urticaria

目的研究荨麻疹治疗中桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤加减疗法的运用效果。方法研究自2019年10月-2020年10月选取分析对象,共32例荨麻疹患者,将患者的药物治疗方案不同作为依据进行分组,其中仅常规应用西药治疗的16例患者作为对照组,另外16例在此基础上联合运用中药桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤加减疗法的作为观察组,将两组疗效、不良反应、中医症状积分、生活质量、症状消失时间等指标进行对比。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,不良反应率低于对照组,治疗后的中医症状积分小于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,风团与瘙痒等症状完全消失的时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论荨麻疹患者受到病发时瘙痒等症状的困扰,其工作与生活等多方面都会受到一定波及,尤其是慢性荨麻疹,将产生持续性的不良影响,常规服用西药的治疗方案经实践发现在效果与安全性方面难以达到理想效果,中医药桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤加减法与常规西药疗法配合,不仅不良反应少,且对症状改善更有利,其价值需要引起重视。

Objective To study the effect of Guizhi plus Longgu Muli Decoction in the treatment of urticaria.Methods The study selected the analysis objects from October 2019 to October 2020.A total of 32 patients with urticaria were grouped according to their different drug treatment regimens.Among them,only 16 patients who were routinely treated with western medicine were used as the control group.On this basis,the other 16 cases combined the traditional Chinese medicine Guizhi plus Longgu Muli Decoction as the observation group,and compared the two groups'efficacy,adverse reactions,TCM symptom scores,quality of life,symptom disappearance time and other indicators.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the adverse reaction rate was lower than that of the control group,the score of TCM symptoms after treatment was lower than that of the control group,the score of quality of life was higher than that of the control group,and the time for the complete disappearance of symptoms such as wind mass and pruritus was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with urticaria are troubled by symptoms such as pruritus at the onset of the disease,and their work and life will be affected to a certain extent,especially chronic urticaria,which will have persistent adverse effects.The conventional treatment of western medicine has been found in practice.In terms of efficacy and safety,it is difficult to achieve the desired effect.The addition and subtraction of Chinese medicine Guizhi plus Longgu Muli Decoction combined with conventional Western medicine therapy not only has fewer adverse reactions,but also is more beneficial to symptom improvement.Its value needs attention.
