分析循证护理实施在2型糖尿病患者的效果

Analysis of the Effect of Evidence-based Nursing in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨循证护理实施在2型糖尿病患者的效果分析。方法本次研究选取2019年1~12月于本科收治的2型糖尿病患者80例作为研究对象,根据随机法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组进行常规护理方法,观察组在对照组基础上实施循证护理干预。对两组患者护理后的有效率、护理前后的生活质量水平和血糖水平、并发症情况以及护理满意度情况进行对比。结果观察组的护理有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);护理前,两组生活质量水平对比无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,两组患者生活质量水平均有所改善,但观察组显著更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理前,两组血糖水平无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,观察组患者的血糖水平明显更佳(P<0.05);观察组中并发症发生率低至2.50%,而观察组的护理总满意率高达95.00%,组间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对2型糖尿病患者的护理中,实施循证护理干预更具有临床效果,能有效改善生活质量和血糖水平,降低并发症发生情况的出现,具有非常高的护理满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods This study selected 80 patients with type 2 diabetes from January to December 2019 as subjects.According to the random method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received evidence-based nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The effective rate,quality of life and blood glucose level before and after nursing,complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of nursing in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the quality of life of the two groups was improved,but the observation group was significantly better,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in blood glucose levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the blood glucose level of patients in the observation group was significantly better(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was as low as 2.50%,while the total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was as high as 95.00%.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of patients with type 2 diabetes,evidence-based nursing intervention has more clinical effect,can effectively improve the quality of life and blood sugar levels,reduce the occurrence of complications,has a very high degree of nursing satisfaction,and is worthy of popularization and application.
