舒适护理用于消化道出血患者护理中的临床效果及SDS评分分析

Clinical Effect and SDS Score Analysis of Comfort Nursing in the Nursing of Patients with Gastrointestinal Bleeding

目的讨论舒适护理于消化道出血患者护理中的临床应用,验证其有效性。方法选择我院2020年8月-2021年6月消化内科收治的50例消化道出血患者为探究主体,按照双盲分组法划分为两个组,将两个组别分别命名为对照组以及研究组,每组各25例,为对照组患者提供的护理方案为日常护理干预方案,而研究组患者实行的护理方案则为舒适护理干预方案,观察两组患者不同护理模式下护理应用效果以及负面情绪改善情况。结果研究组患者在进行护理后病症改善情况以及患者负面情绪改善情况均显著优于对照组患者,临床指标情况均优于对照组,护理效果明显,数据差异显著(P<0.05)。结论为消化道出血患者进行舒适护理干预,可显著提升患者护理效果,改善患者不良心理情绪,使其保持乐观心态提升恢复速度,可以减少患者住院时间和治疗时间,护理效果优异,临床应用价值极高。

Objective To discuss the clinical application of comfort nursing in the nursing of patients with gastrointestinal bleeding and verify its effectiveness.Methods 50 patients with gastrointestinal bleeding treated in the Department of Gastroenterology in our hospital from August 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups according to the double-blind grouping method.The two groups were named control group and study group respectively,and 25 patients were assigned to each group.The nursing scheme provided for the control group was daily nursing intervention scheme,while the nursing scheme implemented by the study group was comfort nursing intervention scheme.The nursing application effect and the improvement of negative emotion under different nursing modes were observed.Results After nursing,the improvement of symptoms and negative emotions of patients in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the nursing effect was obvious,There was significant difference in data(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfort nursing intervention for patients with gastrointestinal bleeding can significantly improve the nursing effect,improve the patients'bad psychological mood,keep them optimistic,and improve the recovery speed.The nursing effect is excellent and the clinical application value is very high.
