系统回顾型案例教学法在妇产科住院医师规范化培训中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的为了让妇产科住培学员更好地胜任临床工作,本研究以提升学员岗位胜任力为出发点,在传统教学模式基础上引入系统回顾型案例教学法,增强学员对疾病的系统认识,提升了学员在疾病诊疗中的逻辑思维能力,探索该教学模式在妇产科住培工作中的应用价值。方法以近6年妇产科毕业规培学员为研究对象,随机分成传统对照组及实验组,通过笔试及临床实践操作考核对学员的客观学习成绩进行评定,通过调查问卷对教学方法改变后规培学员们的主观学习态度进行量化评分。结果研究发现,学员的客观学习成绩(除实践操作能力部分)及主观学习态度指标均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实践操作能力部分也得到轻微提升,但差异无明显统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论传统教学+系统回顾型案例教学法教学相结合的教学模式,可以显著提高规培学员毕业后的岗位胜任力,学员也更喜欢这种带教模式。 Objective In order to improve the ability of normalization training students to solve the clinical work of obstetrics and gynecology,this study takes the improvement of post competency as the starting point,the systematic retrospective case teaching method is introduced based on the basis of the traditional teaching mode.So that it can enhance the systematic understanding of the disease,improve the logical thinking ability in disease diagnosis and treatment,and explore the application value of this teaching mode in the live training of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods Taking the graduated trainees in obstetrics and gynecology for the past 6 years as the research objects,they are randomly divided into the traditional control group and the experimental group.The students'objective learning scores are evaluated through written examinations and clinical practice assessments,the teaching methods are changed through questionnaires,and the subjective learning attitude of the trainees is quantitatively scored.Results It is found that the objective learning performance(except for the practical operation ability part)and the subjective learning attitude index of the students are higher than the control group(P<0.05),the difference is statistically significant.Besides,the practical operation ability has also been slightly improved,but the difference is not statistically significant.Conclusion The combination of traditional teaching and systematic retrospective case teaching method teaching can significantly improve the post-competency of the training students after graduation,and the students also prefer this teaching mode.
