“学生慕课”教学模式在法学本科教学中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 法学本科教学改革需要回应社会对高素质人才的需求、适应网络环境和大学生的新特点。应运而生的“学生慕课”教学模式是借鉴“慕课”的理念和措施提高学生自主学习教学效能,从而强化对学生专业能力和素质培养的一套理论和操作方案。“学生慕课”教学模式是在法学本科教学改革中完善起来的,在课程目标具体化和教学环节多样化上与法学本科人才培养需求高度契合。在法学本科课程中应用“学生慕课”教学模式要注意更新课程知识观、采用点面结合的知识学习方式,以平时成绩强化教学环节,以“学生慕课”特色资源作为支撑条件,以在线讨论拓展交流空间,以常态化调查实现持续改进,以达标自评促进学生对课程目标的认同。 The reform of college curriculum teaching needs to respond to the society's demand for high⁃quality talent,adapting to the network environment and the new characteristics of college students.The“Students MOOC”teaching model that emerged at the historical moment draws on the concepts and measures of MOOC,which concentrates on the students’self⁃learning teaching model,and emphasizes the theories and applicable resolutions on the cultivation of students’professional ability and quality.The teaching mode of“Students MOOC”is perfected in the reform of the teaching of law major undergraduates,which is highly compatible with the needs of cultivating law major undergraduates in terms of the specific curriculum objectives and the diversification of teaching links.When applying the“Students MOOC”teaching mode in the teaching of law major undergraduate courses,we must pay attention to updating the view of curriculum knowledge,adopting knowledge learning methods combining points and aspects,strengthening the teaching link with usual results.With the employment of characteristic resources in“Students MOOC”as the supporting condition,the use of online discussion to extend the communication space and the use of normalized surveys for progressive improvement in order to achieve students􀆳recognition of course goals through self⁃evaluation of standards.
