摘要
有机-无机金属卤化物钙钛矿是一类半导体材料,具有适合各种光电应用的特性,比如可调控的直接禁带宽度、高的吸光系数和长的载流子扩散长度等,但其稳定性较差,且大部分含有毒元素(铅),因此有必要开发一种具有一定的稳定性的无铅钙钛矿。BaZrS_(3)所含的元素均在自然界中大量存在且无毒,是一种很有潜力的光催化材料。目前文献报道的BaZrS_(3)的尺寸较大,不利于光催化的进行。我们将Zr-MOF作为Zr源,经高温煅烧得到小颗粒的BaZrS_(3)纳米晶,这是一种无毒且稳定的钙钛矿材料。采用XRD、SEM、XPS和UV对所制备的样品进行了表征。本研究制备的BaZrS_(3)尺寸较小,为光催化材料的制备提供了一种新的思路。
Organic-inorganic metal halide perovskite was a kind of semiconductor material suitable for various photoelectric applications,such as adjustable direct band gap width,high light absorption coefficient and long carrier diffusion length.But they were less stable and containing toxic elements(lead).Therefore,it was necessary to develop a lead-free perovskite with certain stability.The elements contained in BaZrS_(3) were abundant in nature and non-toxic,which was a potential photocatalytic material.However,the size of BaZrS_(3) reported in literatures was relatively large,which was not conduived to photocatalysis.We used Zr-MOF as Zr source and calcined it at high temperature to obtain calcinate BaZrS_(3) nanocrystals with small particles,which was a non-toxic and stable perovskite material.The samples were characterized by XRD,SEM,XPS and UV.BaZrS_(3) prepared in this study had a small size,which could provide a new idea for the preparation of photocatalytic materials.
