摘要 将2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)、丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酰胺(AM)作为合成单体,过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂,用氢氧化钠溶液调节合成溶液的pH值,在3种单体的共同作用下,聚合制备了AMPS/AM/AA三元共聚物降失水剂。对合成的降失水剂进行综合室内评价,结果表明,此共聚物的性能稳定,具有良好的控制失水能力和一定的抗盐能力。按照API标准进行检测,加入该降失水剂的水泥浆,失水量可控制在50mL以内。经过2个月的陈化实验,该降失水剂的性能没有改变,不影响其正常使用。该降失水剂虽具有一定的缓凝效果,但不影响强度的发展。 Applied acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid(AMPS),acrylamide(AM)and acrylic acid(AA)as synthetic monomer,ammonium persulfate(APS)as initiator,sodium hydroxide solution was used to adjust the pH value of synthetic solution,the terpolymer fluid loss agent for oil well utilizing was synthesized.Comprehensive indoor evaluation of synthetic fluid loss additive was carried out,the results showed that the copolymer had stable performance,good water loss control ability and certain salt resistance.According to API standard,the water loss of cement slurry added with the fluid loss agent could be control within 50mL.After 2 months of aging test,the performance of the fluid loss additive had not changed.Although the fluid loss reducer had certain retarding effect but it did not affect the development of cement strength.
