摘要
作为制浆造纸工业的主要副产物,木质素具有丰富、可持续、廉价和独特的功能基团,引起了人们的广泛关注。木质素可用于制备高性能的聚氨酯材料,为了使木质素的反应性更强,从而更容易合成PU产品,人们对各种预处理方法进行了广泛研究,包括采用各种溶剂和化学方法(如解聚、羟基烷基化、脱烷基化和酯化)来提取木质素馏分,制备的木质素/PU共混物满足了工业需求。通过对木质素的结构、配方和合成工艺的调整,开发出性能先进、生物替代率较高的木质素基聚氨酯产品,显示了木质素作为高附加值可持续材料的潜在工业应用前景。
As a major by-product of pulp and paper industry,lignin was attracted extensive interest for the preparation of high valueadded products due to the merits of abundant,sustainable,inexpensive,and unique functional groups.High performance polyurethane materials was prepared from lignin.Pre-treatment approaches,especially lignin fractions extracted with various solvents,and chemical modifications such as depolymerization,hydroxyalkylation,dealkylation,and esterication,were widely explored to enable lignin more reactive and available to synthesize PU products.In addition,lignin/PU blends were also prepared to fulfill industrial demand.By adjusting the structure,formula and synthetic process of lignin,lignin based polyurethane products with advanced performance and high biological substitution rate were developed,and showed the potential industrial application prospect of lignin as a high value-added sustainable material.
