元宇宙的资本逻辑批判和规制

A Criticism of the Capital Logic of the Metaverse and Its Regulation

元宇宙是由数字技术与资本结合诞生的数字经济新形态。人们通过互联网建立起现实世界中人与虚拟世界的联系,拓展了人的社会关系网络,改变了人的交往方式、生活方式、生产方式,具有全覆盖、深渗透、广延伸等特征。元宇宙中人类社会生活被还原为数字编码,从生产到流通再到消费都由数字资本主导,由此带来了权力不平等。在资本逻辑主导下,元宇宙成为数字剥削的新工具,消费主义渗透其中,为资本向政治领域扩张提供契机。我们应以马克思主义资本批判理论为指导,从社会主义法治、社会主义市场经济、社会主义核心价值观等方面对元宇宙的资本逻辑进行合理规制,使元宇宙朝着服务于人类而不是“绑架”人类的方向发展。

The metaverse,a new form of digital economy generated from the combination of digital technology and capital that builds connections between people in the real world and the virtual world,expands human social relationship networks,and changes people’s way of communication,way of life,and way of production,is characterized by full coverage,deep penetration,and wide extension.In the metaverse,human social life is reduced to digital coding,and digital capital dominates everything from production to circulation and then to consumption,which results in power inequality.Dominated capital logic,the metaverse has become a new tool for digital exploitation,has provided opportunities for the expansion of capital into the political realm,and has been permeated by consumerism.Guided by Marxist critical theory of capital,we should reasonably regulate the capital logic of the metaverse from the aspects of the socialist rule of law,the socialist market economy,and the core socialist values,so as to make the metaverse develop in the direction of serving mankind rather than“kidnapping”mankind.
