基于应用和风险的针对性医疗设备验收办法

Targeted medical equipment acceptance methods based on application and risk

目的提升医疗设备验收工作的精细化管理,提高医疗设备的应用质量,加强医疗设备的风险控制,进而降低设备故障率。方法根据《医疗器械验收管理制度》的规定,该研究通过分析在一段时间内青岛大学附属医院医疗设备的应用情况,统计其故障原因,汇总分类故障数据,从而分类总结出设备高故障率的原因。结果设备故障主要由操作技术、设备质量、日常维护和功能限制四类因素导致,针对四类故障原因进而提出了高质量的分类验收医疗设备的方法。结论基于设备的应用质量和风险控制,通过统计分析设备故障原因,提出针对性的分类验收办法,能有效减少验收后各类设备故障,提高设备的工作效率,为设备的全生命周期管理打好基础。

【Objective】To enhance the fine management work of medical equipment acceptance,improve the application quality of medical equipment,strengthen the risk control of medical equipment,and reduce the failure rate of equipment.【Methods】According to the regulations of the"Medical Device Acceptance Management System",the application of medical equipment in the hospital over a period of time was analyzed,the causes of failures were counted,and the failure data was summarized and classified,thereby classifying the reasons for the high failure rate of the equipment.【Results】Equipment failures were mainly caused by four types of factors:operating technology,equipment quality,routine maintenance and functional limitations.In view of the four types of failure causes,a classified method for high-quality acceptance work of medical equipment was put forward.【Conclusion】Based on the application quality and risk control of the equipment,through statistical analysis of the causes of equipment failures,the targeted classified acceptance method is proposed,which can effectively reduce equipment failures after acceptance work,improve application efficiency of the equipment,and lay a good basic job for the full life cycle management of equipment.
