摘要
以实现准谐振单端逆变器(QRI)电路参数的优化设计为目标,采用时域分析方法,对变换器的工作原理进行分析,QRI的工作模式以R-L-C二阶振荡过程和R-L一阶过渡过程为主;针对不同工作模式,列写状态方程,求得状态变量的时域解,并借助Matlab仿真软件进行数值分析;根据零电压开关条件以及电源和开关器件利用率等效率和经济指标,基于数值分析结果,设计一个最大输出功率为2.4 kW的感应加热电源。仿真结果证明,设计方法和得出的结论是可靠的。
In order to realize the optimal design of circuit parameters of quasi resonant single ended inverter(QRI), the working principle of the converter is analyzed by using time domain analysis method. The working mode of QRI is mainly R-L-C second-order oscillation process and first-order R-L transition process. According to different working modes, state equations are established to obtain the time domain solution of state variables. Numerical calculation assisted with Matlab software is given to guide the parameter design. Considering the efficient and economic indicators of zero-voltage turn on condition, DC power utilization and switching power utilization, an inductor heating with up to 2 400 Watts output power is designed. The simulation and experimental results verify the validation of the proposed method.
