管道内壁缺陷电磁成像教学实验系统开发

摘要 在管道内壁缺陷无损检测教学过程中存在信号不直观、缺陷位置难判定等问题。为此,基于均匀涡电流效应设计了管道内壁缺陷电磁成像教学实验系统,研制了高精度隧道磁阻磁场传感器阵列的电磁成像检测探头,开发了管道内壁缺陷电磁成像软件,并开展管道内壁缺陷测试实验。实验结果表明,基于均匀涡电流效应的电磁成像实验系统可实现管道内壁缺陷在线实时成像显示,以彩色图像形式直观地显示缺陷信号,及时准确地识别并定位缺陷位置,为管道内壁无损检测教学提供了良好的实验平台。 In the pipe inner wall defects nondestructive testing teaching process,the characteristic signals of defects are not visualized and the location of the inner defects is difficult to be determined.In this paper,an electromagnetic imaging teaching experimental system is developed based on the uniform eddy current effect.A high precision tunnel magneto resistance magnetic sensor array is designed for electromagnetic imaging detecting probe.The pipe inner wall defects electromagnetic imaging software is developed.The pipe inner surface defect testing experiments are carried out.The results show that the electromagnetic imaging experimental system can achieve online real time imaging of defects inside the pipe based on the uniform eddy current effect.The defects can be shown visually by the color image.The defects can be identified and located accurately and timely,which provides a good platform for the pipe inner wall defects nondestructive testing teaching process.
