摘要
紧扣“中国制造2025”对高等工程教育人才培养的新要求,将最新科研项目“3D打印黑体锥用于海水淡化”精简凝练转化为本科生教学实验,通过3D打印技术制备具有30°顶角的吸光黑体锥,外表面包裹超亲水无尘纸,用于太阳能海水淡化实验,并采用红外热成像技术表征蒸发器的温度场,探究高效光热转化机制。学生能够接触3D打印技术,了解太阳能光热材料研究的前沿进展,直观地观察海水蒸发获取淡水的实验过程,实现了科研和基础知识融汇贯通,培养学生的创新思维。
Based on the new requirements of“made in China 2025”for the higher engineering training education,the latest scientific research project“3D printing blackbody cone for desalination”was transformed into undergraduate teaching experiment.Through 3D printing technology,a light absorbing blackbody cone with 30°top angle was prepared,and was wrapped with superabsorbent airlaid paper on the outer surface of cone to carry out solar desalination experiment.The evaporation temperature field was characterized by infrared thermal imaging technology,and the mechanism of efficient photothermal conversion was investigated.Students can know the“3D printing technology”,and learn the cuttingedge photothermal materials research.Simultaneously,they can observe the experimental process of seawater evaporation with the naked eyes directly,realize the integration of scientific research and basic knowledge,which is beneficial to cultivating students’innovative thinking.
