摘要
自主研究型实验教学的目的是激发学生的自主学习和创新能力,培养学生运用知识、整合知识和发现新知识的能力。在免疫学学科的实验教学体系建设中,通过推进自主研究型实验教学改革相关措施在病原体鉴定与免疫细胞分析技术教学中实施后效果显著,提升了学生发现问题、分析问题、解决实际问题的能力,教学实践以流式细胞术为抓手,开展繁殖饲料对小鼠髓系细胞免疫功能影响评价的探索,对自主研究型实验教改经验进行总结,为培养拔尖创新型新医科人才做准备。
The purpose of the reform in independent research-oriented experimental teaching is to stimulate students’ ability of independent learning and innovation, and to cultivate students’ ability to apply knowledge, integrate knowledge and discover new knowledge. In order to improve the ability of students to find, analyze and solve practical problems, the independent research-oriented experimental teaching reform is promoted in the construction of the experimental teaching system of immunology. The relevant reform measures have achieved remarkable results in the teaching of pathogen identification and immune cell analysis technology. This teaching practice uses flow cytometry as a starting point to explore the evaluation of the effect of reproductive feed on the immune function of murine myeloid cells, and summarizes the experience of independent research-oriented experimental teaching reforms to prepare for the cultivation of top-notch innovative new medical talents.
