绿色化学指导下的薄层色谱实验教学改革 被引量:2

摘要 基于绿色化学的思想,对基础化学实验进行了教学改革与实验教学项目的创新设计。以薄层色谱实验为例,从绿色化学的角度出发,优化实验内容,选取安全、污染小的实验试剂,增加中药大黄药材薄层鉴别的指标,改进了传统实验存在的弊端。该实验项目绿色安全、展开效果好,斑点清晰,学生易操作且重现性好,符合化学实验教学的要求;既激发了学生参与实验学习的积极性与主动性,培养学生的环境保护和可持续发展意识,又提高了学生在基础化学实验操作、理论知识应用、专业技能实践等方面的能力。 Based on the guide of green chemistry,the teaching reform of basic chemistry experiment and the innovative design of experimental teaching project were carried out.Taking thin layer chromatography experiment as an example,from the perspective of green chemistry,we optimized the experimental content,selected safe and less polluting experimental reagents,increased the index of thin layer identification of rhubarb,and overcame the disadvantages of traditional experiment.The experimental project is green and safe,with good unfolding effect,clear spots,easy operation and good reproducibility,which meets the requirements of chemical experiment teaching.It can not only stimulate students'enthusiasm and initiative to participate in experimental learning,cultivate students'awareness of environmental protection and sustainable development,but also improve students'ability in basic chemical experiment operation,application of theoretical knowledge,professional skills and practice.
