Study on the Review and Prospect of the Negotiation Process of China-Panama Free Trade Agreement(FTA)

本文以经济分析理论为基础,利用文献研究法和对比研究法探究了中国与巴拿马自由贸易协定的谈判进程与预期展望。通过依次梳理中巴两国决定开启自贸协定谈判的背景条件、两国已取得的谈判进展以及影响两国继续谈判轮次的现实因素,重点对中国与巴拿马的交往历史和合作成果进行了整理和回顾,综合分析认为中巴自贸协定的预期较为乐观。

Based on economic analysis theory,this paper attempts to explore the progress and prospect of the FTA negotiations between China and Panama using literature research and comparative research methods.By sorting out the respective background conditions of China and Panama’s decision to start the FTA negotiations,the negotiation progress already achieved by the two countries,and the practical factors that affect the continuation of negotiation rounds besides the two sides,focusing on the history of exchanges and cooperation between China and Panama.A comprehensive analysis has been compiled and reviewed and a conclusion can be drawn that the prospects of the China-Panama FTA are optimistic.
