This paper briefly summarizes the logistics development profile of Xuzhou City,and combines the research on logistics market demand in Xuzhou City with the demand analysis of five major industries,including industrial enterprises,commercial and trade markets,farmers’markets,e-commerce and express delivery,and pharmaceutical logistics,and forecasts the freight volume level of this project by integrating the project attraction scope and regional railway capacity.The overall positioning and functional positioning of the project are analyzed from the aspects of location advantages,service objects and logistics development trends.
