超宽幅变截面挂篮设计与施工

摘要 随着时代的发展进步,我国城市公路桥梁逐步向着大跨、宽幅等方向发展,针对超宽截面挂篮设计与施工的需求也日益增多。本文以某特大桥梁为例,重点分析了超宽幅变截面连续梁悬臂现浇挂篮的设计思路,探讨了结构空间有限元分析计算及挂篮施工关键技术,并以此成功案例延伸了行业思考,旨在为相关从业者提供有益借鉴。 With the development and progress of the times,China’s urban highway bridges are gradually developing in the direction of large span and wide width,and the demand for the design and construction of ultra-wide variable-section hanging baskets is also on the rise.Taking a mega bridge as an example,this paper attempts to explore the design ideas of cantilevered cast-in-situ hanging baskets of ultra-wide variable-section continuous girders,discuss the finite element analysis and calculation of structural space and key technologies of hanging basket construction,and extend the industry thinking with this successful case,aiming to provide useful reference for relevant practitioners.
