摘要
为了提高足球运动员的竞技能力与综合实力,该文开展核心力量训练的作用及实践策略研究,从倒勾射门动作、头球争顶、守门员腾空扑救三方面,分析足球运动中核心力量的体现方式;从保持运动员身体协调性与平衡性、提高运动员肌肉力量、降低运动员在高强度运动中的能量损耗三方面,阐述核心力量训练的作用。以此为依据,提出细化足球运动员核心力量训练内容、合理安排核心力量训练时间与训练方法两方面的实践训练策略,从而提高运动员在赛场上的能力,为体育行业的发展贡献力量。
In this paper,in order to improve the competitive ability and comprehensive strength of football players,the role and practical strategies of core strength training are studied.From the three aspects of undercut shooting action,header contention,and goalkeeper's vacated rescue,it analyzes the embodiment of core strength in football.It expounds the role of core strength training from three aspects:Maintaining athletes'body coordination and balance,improving athletes'muscle strength,and reducing athletes'energy loss in high-intensity sports.Based on this,a practical training strategy that refines the content of core strength training for football players,rationally arranges core strength training time and training methods,is proposed,so as to improve the athletes'ability on the field and contribute to the development of the sports industry.
