摘要
对于液化层埋深、地层构造复杂无法使用常规振冲设备进行地基加固处理的地层,通过施工工艺的试验性探索、相关施工设备的选型、施工工序的衔接、加密制桩相关控制参数的控制,同时借鉴当前国内外相关地层的处理经验,通过引孔式振冲法很好地处理了复杂的地层,其适用性在引孔与下设护筒后得到了极大的提升。随着需要处理地层复杂程度的变化,振冲碎石桩施工工艺也将不断探索与改进,以便适宜复杂多变地层下液化层的加固处理。
Foundation with deep buried liquefied layer and complicated stratum structure cannot be reinforced by conventional vibrating equipment,but can be well treated by applying method of vibroflotation with guiding hole on the basis of conducting experimental exploration of the construction technology,right selection of related construction equipment,reasonable scheduling of construction procedures,stricter control of the parameters related to pile construction,and learning from international good practices in strata treatment.The complex strata is well treated by applying the method of vibroflotation with guiding hole,and the applicability of vibroflatation method is greatly improved after guiding hole and casing are arranged.With the change of the complexity of the stratum,the construction technology of vibroflotation gravel pile will be explored and improved continuously,so as to suit the consolidation of the liquefied layer under complicated and changeable stratum.
