地下洞室开挖碱活性骨料抑制措施研究

摘要 采用岩相法与砂浆棒快速法对拉哇水电站地下洞室开挖利用料进行碱活性分析,同时研究高钙粉煤灰对混凝土碱活性的抑制效果。试验结果表明:用岩相法与砂浆棒快速法能够检验出地下洞室开挖利用料具有碱活性。通过碱骨料反应抑制措施有效性试验,最终确定粉煤灰掺量在30%时有效,并用于工程混凝土碱活性配合比设计。可供业内人士参考。 The petrographic method and mortar bar rapid method are used to analyze the alkali activity of the reused material in the underground cavern of Lawa Hydropower Station.At the same time,the inhibitory effect of the high calcium fly ash on the alkali activity of concrete is studied.The test results show that the alkali activity of the reused material from the excavation of the underground cavern can be tested out by the petrographic method and the mortar bar rapid method.Through the effectiveness test of alkali-aggregate reaction inhibition measures,it is finally determined that fly ash takes inhibitory effect when the amount reaches 30%,and in the design of alkali-active mix ratio of concrete,the same amount of fly ash is considered.Experience accumulated in this paper can be referenced by insiders.
