在水利水电工程的建设中,科学合理的前期规划是促进水利水电工程高质量施工的重要因素之一,因此,创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的新发展理念在水利水电工程前期规划设计中显得尤为重要。以新发展理念贯穿于昌波水电站的预可研和可研全过程,优化了整体水利枢纽的功能,并将新发展理念融入到水电站各个建筑物中,取得良好的经济效益,也使工程质量得到了很大提高。

Scientific and reasonable preliminary planning is one of the important factors for high-quality construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects.Therefore,the new development concept of innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing is particularly important in the preliminary planning and design of water conservancy and hydropower projects.The new development concept runs through the whole process of pre-feasibility study and feasibility study of Changbo Hydropower Station,which optimizes the function of the overall water conservancy project,and integrates the new development concept into each building of the hydropower station to achieve good economic benefits and make the project more efficient.The quality has been greatly improved.
