引绰济辽工程隧洞施工的同时进行支洞快速衬砌施工技术

摘要 在水利水电工程隧洞施工过程中,洞室开挖及初期支护施工往往是影响工程进度的关键。中小型隧洞受空间狭小、地质条件差、施工交叉干扰等不利因素影响进度缓慢。就“隧洞施工的同时进行支洞快速衬砌”施工工艺在引绰济辽工程中的应用进行了阐述并介绍了具体的施工工艺。通过优化施工工序,在输水主洞正常开挖支护施工的条件下同时快速进行支洞衬砌施工,既节约了施工成本,又加快了施工进度,经济和社会效益显著。 In the process of tunnel construction in water conservancy and hydropower projects,the excavation of the cavern and the initial support construction are often the key factors affecting the construction progress.The construction progress of small and medium-sized tunnel is slow due to unfavorable factors such as narrow space,poor geological conditions,and cross-construction interference.The application of the construction technology of"quick lining of adit in synchronization with tunnel construction"applied on the Project of Water Diversion from the Chaor River to the Western Liaohe River is expounded and the specific construction technology is introduced.By optimizing the construction procedure,under the condition of normal excavation and support of the main water conveyance tunnel,the lining of the adit can be carried out quickly,which not only saves the construction cost,but also accelerates the construction progress,and has significant economic and social benefits.
