拉力传感器在超深竖井正井法施工中的应用

摘要 以中东某抽水蓄能电站500 m级高压竖井采用正井法施工为例,阐述了拉力传感器在超深竖井正井法施工中的应用情况。在正井系统中,施工吊盘为井下施工人员提供了施工空间以及安全保障,同时也为吊盘底部的中心回转抓岩机提供悬吊点,成为整个正井系统最重要的一部分。介绍了所研究设计的拉力传感器配合无线摄像头将井下吊盘状态实时发送到井口控制室的过程,解决了吊盘倾斜后难以调平的技术难题并已经过实际应用,有效保证了竖井开挖支护的顺利实施;最重要的是保证了井下施工人员的安全。实际应用结果表明:该设备应用简单、操作方便、安全可靠。 Take shaft-sinking construction of a penstock shaft(PSS)with a depth of over 500 meters in one pumped storage power plant in Middle East as an example,this paper expounds the application of load cells in shaft-sinking construction of super-long vertical shafts.Among the whole set of shaft sinking system,the construction hanger,regarded as the most critical element,provides sufficient work space and safety guarantee for workers operating inside the shaft,and also provides lifting points for central rotary rock grabber at the bottom of the hanger.This paper introduces the process of transmitting real-time status of the construction hanger inside the shaft to the control room at the shaft entrance through the designed load cell device in cooperation with the wireless cameras,and in such way,the problem of releveling the construction hanger after tilting is solved.This device has been applied in practice,which effectively ensures the smooth implementation of the shaft excavation and support,furthermore safety of the workers operating inside the shaft is ensured.The practical application results show that the device is simple to use,easy to operate,safe and reliable.
