煤泥浮选尾矿浆泡沫消除装置的设计

Device Design of Removing Foam for Coal Slime Flotation Tailings

经浮选工艺处理后的工业煤泥浮选尾矿浆表面有大量的白色泡沫,且大量泥煤混合物沉在尾矿浆底部,这两个问题严重影响浮选机器视觉检测的精确度。采用SolidWorks软件,对去沫传动轴和底部搅拌部分进行了详细设计,在此基础上完成了煤泥浮选尾矿浆泡沫消除装置的三维设计,该装置能消除煤泥浮选尾矿浆泡沫,并且能搅动沉在底部的泥煤混合物使其均匀分布在尾矿浆中,为后续的机械视觉检测提供可靠的检测基础。

There are a lot of white foam on the surface of industrial coal slime flotation tailings after flotation process,and a lot of peat mixture is deposited at the bottom of tailings.The two problems seriously affect the accuracy of flotation machine vision detection.Software SolidWorks is used to design the drive shaft of removing foam and the bottom stirring part in detail.On the basis of this,the three-dimensional design of removing foam device for coal slime flotation tailings is completed.The device can remove the foam from coal slime flotation tailings and agitate the mixture of peat at the bottom so as to distribute evenly in the tailings slurry.It provides a reliable basis for subsequent machine vision inspection.
