某型航空发动机机载压力传感器误差分析及改进设计

摘要 某型航空发动机机载压力传感器误差分析的目的是研究其测试性能,分析双余度压力传感器输出的一致性,了解在发动机试验过程中A、B通道存在测试数据差别的原因。针对整机试车过程中压力测量通道暴露的具体问题,开展了专项校准工作。根据电路机理,提出改进设计方案,以保证其测试结果的可靠性,确保了某型发动机的试车使用需求。 The purpose of an on-board pressure sensor error analysis of a type of aero-engine is to study its test performance,analyze the consistency of the dual residual pressure sensor output,and understand the reasons for the existence of test data differences between A and B channels during the engine test.Special calibration work was carried out for the specific problems exposed by the pressure measurement channels during the whole engine test run.Based on the circuit mechanism,an improved design was proposed to ensure the reliability of its test results and to ensure the demand of a certain type of engine for commissioning use.
