基于MEC的农业机械数字化车间改造研究

摘要 传统的云计算技术采用中心云模式,需要满足高带宽需求,生产过程中的大量数据处理工作极大地占用网络资源,亦无法满足超低延时要求。5G技术的发展为农业机械制造业的改造升级提供了新的思路,即移动边缘计算(MEC)。将MEC嵌入到农机生产制造体系中,设计了体系架构图,并从生产制造数据的采集与反馈和工业赋能两个角度进行了深入研究,搭建了工业终端模式,完成了工业边缘云架构。最终实现了边缘位置的计算、网络通信、存储等能力提升,把传统的存储、计算等工作下沉至边缘处理,减轻云端压力,降低响应延时,提升运算效率。为农机生产制造体系研发设计、生产制造、运维管理的智能化转型提供了一定的借鉴与参考。 The extensive management of traditional agricultural machinery manufacturing enterprises can no longer meet the increasing order volume.The improvement of Internet of things and cloud computing technology for the production and manufacturing system has become a general trend.The traditional cloud computing technology adopts the central cloud mode,which needs to meet the demand of high bandwidth.A large amount of data processing in the production process takes up a lot of network resources and can not meet the requirements of ultra-low delay.The development of 5g technology provides a new idea for the transformation and upgrading of agricultural machinery manufacturing industry,namely mobile edge computing(MEC).Relying on MEC,this paper embeds it into the existing agricultural machinery manufacturing system architecture,builds an industrial edge computing platform,designs an industrial edge Cloud Architecture,and realizes the intelligent transformation of R&D manufacturing,operation and maintenance management of agricultural machinery production and manufacturing system.
