在我国工业经济发展体制中,工业化与信息化的创新融合发展趋势非常显著,也是助力工业经济转型升级的重要实施思路之一。在工业4.0时代中,工业经济的转型升级发展逐渐倾向于科技创新和自主研发产品服务模式等相关层面上,间接带动了相关产业经济的可持续发展态势。通过阐述工业化与信息化融合发展的目标和方向,提出了工业经济转型升级的发展策略,采取客观评估本地工业经济的发展现状、找准工业化和信息化融合的立足点、加强交叉融合学科的人才建设工作、加强工业信息化基础设施建设能力等措施,促进工业经济转型升级。

In the development system of China's industrial economy,the innovative integration of industrialization and informatization is a significant development trend,and it is also one of the important implementation ideas to help the transformation and upgrading of the industrial economy.In the era of Industry 4.0,the transformation and upgrading development of industrial economy gradually tends to be on the level of scientific and technological innovation and independent research and development of product and service models,which indirectly drives the sustainable development of the relevant industrial economy.By elaborating the objectives and directions of the development of the integration of industrialisation and informatisation,the development strategies for the transformation and upgrading of the industrial economy are proposed,and measures are taken to promote the transformation and upgrading of the industrial economy by objectively assessing the development status of the local industrial economy,identifying the foothold of the integration of industrialisation and informatisation,strengthening the work of building talents in cross-fertilisation disciplines,and strengthening the capacity of industrial informatisation infrastructure construction.
