基于0-1规划的生产企业原材料订购与运输研究

摘要 针对2021年全国大学生数学建模竞赛C题的问题一和问题二,在一些简化假设下,利用层次分析法分析权重,建立了0-1规划模型和多目标规划模型,求出损耗量最低时的材料转运方案,并制定了三种原材料的订购与运输方案。最后对方案进行了效果分析,再一次完善了所需方案,一定程度上为生产企业原材料订购与运输问题的决策提供了可靠的理论和实践指导。 For Problem 1 and Problem 2 of the National Student Mathematical Modeling Competition 2021,under some simplifying assumptions,the 0-1 planning model and multi-objective planning model were established by using hierarchical analysis to analyze the weights,to find out the material transfer scheme when the loss is the lowest,and to develop three ordering and transportation schemes of raw materials.Finally,the effects of the schemes were analyzed,and the required schemes were improved again,which to some extent provided reliable theoretical and practical guidance for the decision making of raw material ordering and transportation problems in manufacturing enterprises.
