摘要
智能电网,即电网的智能化,又称为“电网2.0”。智能电网以集成、高速双向通信网络为基础,在先进的传感与测量技术、先进设备技术、先进控制方法和先进决策支持系统技术的应用下,电网可靠、安全、经济、高效,能够有效实现使用安全的目标。从智能电网运行的稳定性及安全性角度考虑,需重视继电保护技术在其中的合理、科学应用。以智能电网继电保护的优势为切入点,在分析智能电网继电保护技术要点的基础上,进一步提出此项技术的具体应用策略,希望以此为智能电网运行的稳定性及安全性提供有效技术支撑。
Smart grid,the intelligence of power grid,is also called"Power Grid 2.0".Based on an integrated,high-speed two-way communication network,the smart grid can be reliable,safe,economical and efficient with the application of advanced sensing and measurement technologies,advanced equipment technologies,advanced control methods and advanced decision support system technologies,which can effectively achieve the goal of safety in use.From the perspective of the stability and safety of smart grid operation,attention needs to be paid to the rational and scientific application of relay protection technology.The advantages of relay protection for smart grid as the starting point,on the basis of analysis of the main points of relay protection technology for smart grid,further proposed the specific application strategy of this technology,hoping to provide effective technical support for the stability and safety of smart grid operation.
