锅炉集箱筒体与密排管座焊接技术的优化与改进

摘要 针对焊条电弧焊方法存在的质量波动、生产效率低等问题,进行焊接技术改造,采用了药芯焊丝气体保护焊方法及外夹管壁的装配方式,实现焊接过程自动化,确定焊接工艺措施,选择合理的焊接工艺参数,通过集箱筒体与密排管座模拟试件的焊接试验和质量检测,实现了满意的焊缝外观质量,提高了产品合格率,提高了生产效率,被成功用于焊接生产中。 In response to the problems of quality fluctuations and low production efficiency of the electrode arc welding method,welding technology transformation,the use of flux-cored wire gas shielded welding method and the assembly of the outer clamp wall,welding process automation,determine the welding process measures,select a reasonable welding process parameters,through the collection box barrel and dense row of tube seat simulation test welding test and quality inspection,to achieve a satisfactory appearance of the weld Quality,improve the product qualification rate,improve production efficiency,and successfully used in welding production.
